Basics

There are 4 'types' of RPing: Physical (an action, movement, etc.), Verbal (speaking out loud), Mental (thoughts), and Out of Character (totally not related to your character's action).

Although you can reply to physical and verbal actions, mental actions are in the animal's head and are not heard by the outside world. Therefore, you can't reply to them.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .KEY
Physical actions: Can be typed regularly.
Verbal actions: Must be surrounded by quotation marks and bold = "Hi!"
Mental: Here we put it in italics with single quotations = 'Ugh'
Out of Character actions: Can be surrounded by parenthesis or crossed out = (Like this).

Example Paragraph:

The silver wolf glanced back nervously. "I hope they're alright..." She whispered, her heart filling with worry. Not wanting to let go, she waited, and waited. Finally the time came when she knew she had to keep going. 'Face it, they're gone. It's time I let go...' The female thought, accepting the fate sadly.

(This is so dramatic...)

So...
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .KEY
The silver wolf glanced back nervously. = Physical
"I hope they're alright..." = Verbal
'Face it, they're gone. It's time I let go...' = Mental
(This is so dramatic...) = Out of Character

RP Levels

By now you should know that there's levels of RP; meaning how literate you are.
We go by these three; Beginner, Semi-Advanced and Literate.

Beginner: Beginner is where everyone starts. Beginner is very simple, containing little
detail but yet it still makes sense.

Example Paragraph:

The pup stumbled around until it stumbled into something. It fell down and stared up at the silver creature, "Mummy!" The pup yipped.

Semi-Advanced: Semi-Advanced is between Advanced and Beginner, and the most
common. It adds some more detail but not too much.

Example Paragraph:

The young fluff ball of a pup stumbled around the green meadow. He suddenly fell over backwards. What was that? He stared up at a large silver creature that seemed worried about something. "Mummy!" The pup yipped.

Advanced: Advanced adds the most detail there can be. It's the most
advanced out of all three.

Example Paragraph:

The small, fluffy, brown pup with light blue eyes stumbled through the green grass that belonged to the mighty meadow his family called home. Suddenly, the pup fell over backwards bumping into something tall and soft. What was that?!

He stared up at the creature and found it's lovely lavender eyes, "Mummy!" The pup yipped, trying to get his mother to stop worrying about whatever she was worrying about and to feed him.
